Print Advertising
There's no better way to get your name out there than to literally put it in their hands! Place a four color print ad in either of our Chamber publications: 

• The Annual Membership Directory and Community Guide
• The Visitors' Guide. See details below.
• Also consider putting an ad onto our Area Street Map. A beautiful, glossy map of the Venice Area that visitors refer to and keep with them during their stay.

EXPO
The Chamber hosts two events each year where members can promote themselves "business to consumer" and "business to business." The Consumer Expo held in October is a way you can get your products and services directly in front of the area consumer. Over 3,000 residents and visitors attended the two-day expo last year to view the 100 VACC exhibitors.

The Tri-Chamber Expo is held at the Sarasota-Manatee Convention Center and is a  one-evening business-to-business event where over 200 members from Sarasota, Manatee, and Venice Area Chambers get together to network and view each other's products and services.

Promotional Events

Advertise your summer incentives, new service, or promotional items to all Chamber members by participating in the Chamber's new Promotional Events!  Your event promotion will be sent to over 1,200 members for up to four (4) weeks, for the low cost of only $125.00. The format will be Who, What, Where, When, Why.  We will invite our entire membership to your location to celebrate your accomplishment. This is a wonderful occasion to act as a host and introduce other VACC members to your products and services. PDF E Blast
Advertise your summer incentive, new service, or special event to all Chamber members by participating in the Chamber's new .PDF E-Blast service! Simply provide a portable document format (digital .pdf file) to Coco Hibbitts, Marketing Director, and your event will be sent out as a link in the Chamber's weekly email "blast." Your .pdf document will be sent to over 1,200 members for up to four (4) weeks, for the low cost of only $125.00. As a .pdf document, your flyer can be printed on demand by interested members, and can be easily forwarded from our members to their employees and customers, thereby increasing the number of views, while not costing you, the advertiser, any additional print charges! This service will replace the newsletter insert program that will no longer be available after July 2008. By supplying a .pdf document, you may incorporate all the logos, photos, and information you'd like to best describe your event, service, or event.

E-Vents
Additionally, the Chamber is also offering a new service through the weekly E-Blast - E-vent Announcements! This down and dirty, quick and easy service will allow members to simply announce any open house, network event, or special engagement in five (5) lines or less. The format will be Who, What, Where, When, Why.

For $25, your E-vent will be promoted to our members in the weekly email blast for up to four (4) weeks. Only basic information, as shown, will be listed. Please keep the "Why" descriptive answer limited to one (1) sentence.

Network Lunch Sponsor

Coming Soon - Banner Advertising on the VACC Website!
Beginning in late 2008, the Chamber will begin to sell advertising space on the newly designed website! Details will be mailed out to all VACC members once the program is put into place! Stay tuned!

As a benefit of your Chamber membership, you are encouraged to place your business cards and brochures in our Visitors' Center at the Chamber office (space permitting, first-come-first-served).

Also, did you know one of the best ways to create brand and name recognition is to directly interact with your potential customers? Get involved! Join a VACC committee - work side by side with other business owners to build rapport and become a familiar name/face in the community. We have six committees currently, one is sure to fit the market you're in which you do business.

You can also assist your marketing goals by attending the Chamber's four networking events each month. Come rub elbows with your peers and get to know them on a one-to-one basis. You may also donate door prizes (with your company name/logo on them, of course!) to any of our events.

Ribbon Cuttings for new businesses, or for your new location, is another service that the VACC offers to its members for FREE. If you've just opened a new store, or have completely remodeled, or have expanded, please call Charleen Myers at 488-2236 to schedule a ribbon cutting. We will invite our entire membership to your location to celebrate your accomplishment. This is a wonderful occasion to act as a host and introduce other VACC members to your location, as well as inform them of your products and services.
